Application Programmer III

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-performance Java, real-time distributed systems, and modernizing legacy applications, and a proven ability to define target-state architectures and implementation plans while maintaining strict performance and resiliency standards., * Define a target-state architecture for the JADE platform and develop a pragmatic implementation roadmap.

• Modernize legacy components to improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability.
• Support the application in production to ensure it meets strict latency, throughput, and availability objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-time solutions and resolve issues.

• Expert-level Java for high-performance, low-latency development.
• Hands-on experience with real-time, distributed applications, preferably trading systems.
• Proficiency with messaging technologies such as Kafka or AMPS.
• Proven ability to define architecture and modernization plans for complex systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud computing and containerization.
• Understanding of derivatives, traded products, and trading systems.
