Randstad Digital España busca un/a IT End User Support Engineer para unirse de forma estable al equipo de soporte en Barcelona. Trabajarás en un entorno multinacional, brindando soporte local de primer nivel y gestionando la infraestructura de la oficina.

Requirements

Serán responsables: resolver incidencias en Windows/MacOS, gestionar Intune y ServiceNow, y apoyar onboarding/offboarding. Se requiere 2-5 años de experiencia, inglés alto (B2/C1). Jornada completa en oficina (presencial) con contrato estable.
