  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software
  • Abwicklung von Incidents und IMACs im Bereich mobile Auslandsclients
  • Lagerverwaltung samt kaufmännischer Abwicklung
  • Warenannahme und -übergabe im Zusammenarbeit mit der internen Logistik
  • Gewährleistungsabwicklung mit internen und externen Partnern

Requirements

  • Eine Ausbildung zum IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker oder Systemelektroniker, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Field Service
  • Kenntnisse von IT-Prozessen und marktüblicher Servicemanagement-Systeme (Ticketsysteme, CMDB, etc.)
  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie Qualitätsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Servicetechniker m/w/d
