IT Service Desk Analyst

• Handle inbound calls covering hardware issues, software requests, and general IT support
• Communicate with users through phone and chat
• Work alongside virtual agents to resolve tickets
• Create and maintain knowledge articles
• Support end users remotely and in person

• Strong communicator who is clear, professional, and team-oriented
• Curious and proactive, always looking to learn and understand the full picture
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Suite; exposure to Atlassian tools, JSM, Zoom Contact Center, or Exchange is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities

Additional Information: This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based in Miami, FL. This is a 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of renewal. You’ll join a global, collaborative team that values both results and fun, with a supportive manager who’s invested in helping you grow.

Pay Rate: $21/hour
