Requirements

  • Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss
  • Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche / Unternehmensberatung in folgenden Geschäftsbereichen: Capital Markets, Banking (Retail / Wholesale), Insurance und Asset & Wealth Management
  • Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Business Analyse, Prozessoptimierung und fachliche Kenntnisse, wie z.B. in den Bereichen Payments, Trading / Clearing, Post-Merger Integration, Regulatorik, IT-Transformation und / oder Sourcing
  • Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in aktuellen regulatorischen Fragestellungen (wie ESG/SFDR, MiFID II/MiFIR & PPIIPs) sowie bei Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften genutzten Applikationen (SCD, Xentis, Multifonds, Aladdin) sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse von Agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe 4.5, etc.)
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an Teamarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
