Deskside Support Technician

This position is a full time benefitted position: Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Generous PTO, 8 Paid Holidays. 16 hours of paid professional development time.

General Function: Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. Desk-side software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems. Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.
