Growth Lead

As our Founding Growth Lead, you will be our very first growth hire and the single most critical commercial driver in the company. We raised funding on technical product excellence; your mission is to build, execute, and own our end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy.

Working directly alongside the Founder/CEO, you will take full ownership of designing, testing, and scaling scalable GTM playbooks targeting CISOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Security Analysts, and CFOs across specialized fintech, high-frequency trading, and regulated enterprise sectors.

This is not a traditional marketing management role. You will be measured on exactly one core metric: pipeline and revenue generated., * End-to-End GTM Execution: Build our outbound and inbound engine from absolute scratch. Conduct buyer research across target ICPs to identify cold triggers and key pain points.

• High-Impact Copy & Positioning: Write hyper-sharp, highly technical copy across landing pages, cold outbound sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and ad channels that stops technical buyers in their tracks.
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Design, launch, and A/B test multiple growth channels in parallel. Attach clear acquisition costs and conversion metrics to every motion; scale what works and ruthlessly kill what doesn’t.
• AI-Leveraged Growth Stack: Build and maintain an ultra-modern growth stack using heavy AI leverage (Claude, Cursor, automated enrichment, CRM, outbound tools) to operate at the speed and output of a full growth team.
• High-Volume Outbound: Execute hands-on high-volume outbound campaigns (e.g., ~500 targeted touches/day) with relentless consistency and quality.

• Growth-Native & Analytical Mindset: You naturally view growth through funnels, unit economics, and conversion rates. You let data-not opinions-dictate decisions.
• Exceptional Technical Copywriter: Ability to translate complex technical/security concepts into concise, high-converting messages for technical executives.
• AI-Native Operator: Highly fluent in modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, automated outbound stack). You default to AI-assisted workflows rather than manual labor.
• Proven Cold-Start GTM Experience: Track record of building a GTM motion from sub-$$1\text{M}$ ARR or serving as an early growth hire (Hire #1-5) at a high-growth B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Fintech company.
• Extreme Ownership & Drive: Self-directed, outcome-obsessed, and highly resilient. You thrive under high stakes, long hours, and zero supervision.
• 100% In-Person Commitment: Must be fully willing and eager to relocate/work on-site in Chattanooga, TN. (Note: Post-Series A relocation to a major tech hub is planned).

Hiring Process

• Qualitative & Fit Call: Initial conversation with the Founder focusing on vision, drive, career goals, and alignment.
• Paid On-Site Work Trial: A paid 1-2 week in-person trial in Chattanooga, TN. You’ll pick a target segment, build a real GTM motion, and execute live outbound volume to evaluate real-world chemistry and execution quality.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
