Artificial Intelligence Applicant Tracking Systems Reinforcement Learning

Job description

We’re a fast-growing, early-stage startup building infrastructure for reinforcement learning (RL) environments - enabling AI labs and developers to train, evaluate, and align frontier models to real-world workflows. We’re hiring a Growth Lead to help evangelize our vision and connect us with the right people across the AI ecosystem., * Tell our company’s story compellingly - get candidates, researchers, and industry players genuinely excited about our mission through worldbuilding and narrative.

  • Find, engage, and build relationships with candidates, AI/ML engineers, RL researchers, and other key figures in the AI ecosystem.
  • Define company culture and values, then apply them to candidate screening and new-hire onboarding processes.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting in partnership with the Chief of Staff - building and optimizing recruiting systems, tooling, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Events function to host and represent the company at community and industry events, and to create compelling content.
  • Work with Go-to-Market engineers to identify introduction pathways and connection strategies into high-priority leads and partners.

Requirements

  • Genuine excitement about frontier AI models and the drive to evangelize a bold technical vision.
  • Demonstrated experience finding and connecting with people - whether through recruiting, business development, community building, or a similar function.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: articulate, extraverted, and skilled at reading people and rooms.
  • Experience operating independently at an early-stage startup in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to understand technical products well enough to explain them clearly and accurately to a range of audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within the RL research, RL engineering, or broader startup communities.
  • A clear point of view on how great technical companies build and communicate their story.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, community management, or content creation at a startup.
  • A standout writing portfolio that demonstrates your storytelling ability.
  • Desire to grow into adjacent functions such as marketing, events, or go-to-market over time.

Benefits & conditions

$100,000 - $150,000 a year - Full-time, * Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 USD annually

  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Opportunity for significant ownership and impact at an early-stage, well-backed AI company
