Job description
Act as L3 escalation point for critical network incidents (P1/P2 issues). Troubleshoot complex issues across WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and Wireless networks. Ensure quick restoration of services (RTS) within SLA targets. Provide advanced troubleshooting for:
Viptela SD-WAN fabric (Control/Data plane issues) Cisco LAN switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel) Cisco Wireless (Catalyst 9800 WLC, AP onboarding, policy tags) WAN circuits and routing instability

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Network Engineer/Technical Network Lead with strong hands-on experience in Viptela SD-WAN, Cisco Wireless (Catalyst 9800), and Enterprise LAN/WAN environments. The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, and wireless technologies, with the ability to handle complex incidents, drive root cause analysis, and support large-scale enterprise network operations. The candidate should also demonstrate strong ownership, proactive troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
