MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 - SME

• Collaborate with the business process team to understand current client processes and requirements.
• Advise on how business processes can be mapped to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
• Recommend best-practice solutions using out-of-the-box configuration and capabilities.
• Identify gaps between business requirements and standard D365 CRM functionality, providing pragmatic recommendations.
• Support process workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Document recommended process changes, configuration options, and solution decisions.
• Work closely with functional consultants and project stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into D365 CRM configurations.

• Strong experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or SME .
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box functionality and configuration.
• Proven experience in business process mapping and process optimization.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience advising organizations on adopting standard D365 CRM capabilities rather than customizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience across Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

$60 an hour - Contract
