Greet every customer warmly and make the store feel welcoming the moment they walk in.
Answer phone calls professionally, capture every lead, and follow up to convert quotes into repairs.
Proactively call and update customers on repair status. No customer should wonder where their device is.
Offer our protection plan smartly and gently on every single transaction. Make it part of the conversation, not a pitch.

Repairs
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair phones and tablets in-store or on-site. Mac and PC repairs are added to your scope after 6-9 months of demonstrated performance.
Explain repairs in plain language and clearly present protection plan coverage and benefits so customers can make informed choices.

Store Operations
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually sharp at all times. The store’s appearance reflects the quality of our work.
Own inventory accuracy: receive parts, count stock, flag discrepancies, and keep the back of house tidy.
Maintain a professional, friendly presence in-store and in customers’ homes.
