In-Store Solutions Expert / Technician

The In-Store Solutions Expert position REQUIRES strong technical repair skills for cell phones, tablet, computers and gaming consoles as well as sales knowledge for mobile devices and exemplary customer service skills to ensure an excellent client experience., * Repairs: Perform repairs on clients’ mobile devices (cell phones and tablets).

• Sales: Offer partner services and explain their benefits to each client.
• Build rapport with clients both in store and over the phone to ensure we can address their needs and provide a solution.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and client satisfaction goals.

Professional cell phone repair experience is required.. Initial training will be held in our Orange Park store., * Professional experience repairing electronics (cell phones, iPads, tablets, computers, gaming consoles) (Required)

• Outstanding sales and customer service skills with proven job experience (Required)
• Previous experience working at retail electronics store (Preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Technical degree or certification in electronics (Preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
• High school diploma or GED, * Do you have a valid driver’s license?
• Are you willing to have required background, driving, and drug screenings done?

Experience:

• professional cell phone/mobile device repair: 2 years (Preferred)
• retail sales of cellphone and services: 2 years (Preferred)
