Telecommunications Lease Consultant

• Negotiate business terms with property owners for cell-site lease amendments, rent mitigations, lease extensions, landlord consents, easements, and real estate-right purchases
• Originate and close monthly and quarterly transactions while maintaining targeted closing ratios and transaction timelines
• Present available transaction options, address objections, and adapt negotiation strategies to move opportunities toward completion
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates, closing forecasts, account notes, and performance reporting for senior management
• Review transaction documents and due diligence materials, assist with resolving outstanding issues, and coordinate final document execution
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tower-company clients throughout the transaction process

• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to remain persistent and engaged throughout longer or more challenging transaction cycles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and competing deadlines
• Comfortable conducting frequent outbound calls and communicating with property owners by phone, email, and video

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in wireless real estate, telecom, site acquisition, lease negotiation, land acquisition, or commercial real estate
• Experience reviewing lease, deed, easement, or other real estate transaction documents
• Familiarity with Salesforce, DataTree, DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, or similar systems
