Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Workforce Scheduling Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Workforce Scheduling Lead Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Absence Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Workforce Scheduler solutions., * Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations for Absence Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Workforce Scheduler

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet client business needs
• Lead design workshops and provide best practice recommendations
• Drive project deliverables across Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler workstreams
• Support system testing, issue resolution, and production readiness
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery excellence

The ideal candidate will have strong functional consulting experience, multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, and hands-on expertise configuring OTL, Absence Management, and Workforce Scheduler. This is a client-facing lead role requiring excellent communication and leadership skills., * Bachelor’s degree

• Active Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Certification (Required)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud OTL/Absence implementations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduler
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Oracle Cloud Absence Management
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Workforce Scheduler
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Redwood UX
• Experience with Oracle AI Agents
• Consulting background with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
