Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM Canadian Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll for Canadian organizations and a strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity supporting enterprise-level Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll initiatives., * Design and architect Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll solutions.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and enhancements.
• Configure Canadian Payroll including:
• Payroll Elements
• Fast Formulas
• Balances
• Tax Rules
• Legislative Data Groups (LDGs)
• Develop solution architecture, functional design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure integrations with:
• Core HR
• Time & Labor
• Benefits
• Absence Management
• Third-party applications
• Support payroll transformations and system optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian federal and provincial payroll regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide production support.

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Oracle Payroll solutions.
• Expertise in:
• Payroll Elements
• Fast Formulas
• Payroll Balances
• Tax Configuration
• Legislative Data Groups (LDGs)
• Experience integrating Payroll with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, tax rules, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
• Experience with payroll transformation and optimization projects.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
• Previous consulting or solution architecture experience preferred.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
