Hotel Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
• Provide warm, professional, and efficient service at all times
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency
• Communicate important guest feedback and operational issues to leadership
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel amenities
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Use the property management system and front desk tools effectively
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
• Support other departments when needed

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (hotel experience a plus)
• Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel; PMS experience a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license required
