Complex Development (50%):

• Develop high-complexity WordPress plugins and features * Build advanced Gutenberg blocks with complex interactions * Implement critical integrations with external systems (Hilton Restful APIs) * Optimize performance-critical code paths* Resolve high-priority complex tickets

Technical Leadership (20%):

• Mentor mid-level and junior developers * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance * Participate in architecture decisions with Technical Lead * Establish coding standards and best practices * Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions

Migration & Integration (20%):

• Lead data migration efforts from .NET/MSSQL to WordPress/MySQL * Design and implement integration adapters for external systems * Ensure data integrity and validation during migrations * Build migration tools and automation scripts

Quality & Documentation (10%):

• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests * Document complex features and architectural decisions * Participate in sprint planning and estimation* Collaborate with QA Lead on testing strategies
