Job description

The (USA) Manager, Technology Operations leads the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple complex technology projects aligned with strategic objectives. This role involves managing program schedules, budgets, and risks while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The manager ensures effective communication with stakeholders, drives accountability, and monitors progress to achieve operational and financial goals. By applying strong program management and organizational strategy skills, this position supports continuous improvement and innovation within technology operations to deliver measurable business results and maintain alignment with company standards and values.

About the team:

The team leads marketplace pricing strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and market insights to enhance competitiveness. It collaborates across functions to identify process improvements and applies strong program management practices. Engaging stakeholders, the team aligns initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes through clear communication and analytical rigor. Members utilize data analysis, business strategies, and technology knowledge to support decision-making and deliver impactful results. Focused on continuous improvement, the team drives organizational goals and sustains a strong marketplace position through strategic program, financial, and business operations management.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and manage multiple technology projects within a program, aligning goals and deliverables with strategic objectives.
  • Assess resource requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, lead coordination meetings, and take corrective actions to maintain program health.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring delivery schedules and costs align with forecasts through effective governance.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly to influence decisions, and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to oversee budgeting, cost forecasting, and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and technology landscape to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ability to assess risks, define corrective actions, and ensure successful project delivery within established timelines., Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
