Chief Technology Officer - AI Strategy

Experteer Overview As CTO, you will shape the technology vision and lead a large, multidisciplinary team to deliver secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll align tech strategy with business goals in marketing technology, overseeing engineering, architecture, AI/ML, and DevOps to reduce debt and modernize systems. You’ll apply AI technologies to drive product innovation and operational efficiency at scale. This executive role partners with leadership to drive growth, transformation, and competitive advantage in a high-impact market. Compensation / Benefits * Own the technology roadmap across engineering, architecture, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, consulting, and project management for a 50+ person organization * Modernize enterprise architecture, reduce technical debt, and build scalable, secure cloud-native SaaS platforms * Lead AI initiatives using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and cloud AI infrastructure to enhance product capability and efficiency * Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals across marketing tech product lines * Oversee cross-functional delivery and governance to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables Tasks * 20+ years of technology leadership in enterprise software, SaaS, MarTech, or channel marketing platforms * Experience managing technology organizations of 50+ professionals across engineering, architecture, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, consulting, and project management * Proven track record applying AI to drive product innovation and customer value * Working knowledge of modern AI tech (LLMs, tokenization, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, GPUs, cloud AI infra) * Experience designing and scaling secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms for enterprise customers * Track record of defining technology strategy, modernizing legacy platforms, and reducing technical debt * Experience building enterprise SaaS for Fortune 500 clients * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Key requirements * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401k * Paid time off * Performance-based bonus * Long-term equity incentive program
