Computer Server Production Technician Level 1

We are hiring a Production Technician to support our operations team in diagnosing, repairing, and testing computer hardware and components. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and performance standards are met in a fast-paced production environment., * Perform testing and diagnostics on servers and electronic components

• Troubleshoot technical issues and complete required documentation
• Repair or replace components as needed
• Disassemble and reassemble units following work instructions
• Use tools and test equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Inspect products to ensure quality and proper labeling
• Enter repair and test data accurately into internal systems
• Communicate recurring issues to engineering and quality teams
• Support continuous improvement through data collection and analysis
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Do you have experience in Product testing in engineering?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months to 1 year of technical repair or production experience required
• Experience debugging and testing electro-mechanical assemblies required
• A+ Certification is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows environment)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
