Scopely is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join our Stumble Guys team!Stumble Guys is one of our most recent hits, with millions of fans joining the party every single day, constantly keeping it at the top of the charts in over 50 countries and with the ambition of becoming nothing less than a beloved franchise and to be played for many years to come.This is a key role within the Gameplay cluster.As a Senior Gameplay Designer, you’ll help shape the core player experience by designing abilities, mechanics, and gameplay systems that are fun, readable, scalable, and replayable.You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create gameplay that reaches millions of players around the world.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of gameplay design, player psychology, and multiplayer games.They are an excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating across disciplines, and able to turn ideas into clear, actionable designs.What You Will DoDesign new gameplay mechanics, abilities, and interactive systems.Create engaging gameplay experiences that work across different maps, game modes, and player skill levels.Write clear design documentation, specifications, and implementation briefs.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Art, UX/UI, Production, Product Analytics, QA, and other designers to bring features from concept to release.Prototype, iterate, and refine gameplay features using player feedback, playtests, and live data.Help maintain gameplay quality, balance, readability, and consistency across the game.Contribute ideas that improve the overall player experience and support the long-term evolution of Stumble Guys.Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, artists, production, audio, QA, community, and other stakeholders.Partner with the data team to build enduring processes for analyzing, assessing, and balancing various gameplay elements.What We’re Looking ForStrong gameplay design skills with a solid understanding of multiplayer gameplay and player interaction.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and iterate collaboratively.Passion for playing and analyzing games across multiple genres.Comfortable working independently while thriving in a highly collaborative environment.Experience writing clear technical design documentation, including design briefs, feature specifications, and implementation documentation.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use playtest results and data to improve designs.Experience in combat design, level design or narrative design are a plus.Please ensure that the résumé/CV you attach is written in English.Employment at Scopely is based solely on a person’s merit and qualifications.Scopely does not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, creed, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding), or any other basis protected by law.We also consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
