Sr Growth Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer who loves shipping experiments, optimizing user journeys, and using data to drive product growth. You’ll work across engineering, product, and design to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion through rapid iteration. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly independent, product-minded, and comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end. What You’ll Do:

• Build and ship growth-focused product features using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, feature flags, and other product experiments.
• Improve user onboarding, activation funnels, retention, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages and marketing experiences for performance, usability, and conversion.
• Own technical SEO initiatives, including on-page SEO, metadata, structured data, site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
• Instrument analytics and use product data to identify opportunities and measure experiment outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives.
• Build internal tooling that enables faster experimentation and iteration.
• Continuously identify friction in the user experience and ship improvements quickly., * Ships meaningful product improvements and experiments every week.
• Uses data, not opinions, to prioritize work and measure impact.
• Continuously improves acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Acts as an owner, identifying growth opportunities without waiting for detailed requirements.
• Balances speed with engineering quality to create systems that enable rapid experimentation.
