Job description
- We’re looking for someone who works at the intersection of design and engineering to shape how our digital experiences are built. In this role you’ll own significant aspects of our customer-facing platforms and raise the bar for execution. This is not a handoff role, we’re looking for someone who cares deeply about the gap between what gets designed and what ships, and can close it.
- You’ll work as a peer to designers, engineers, and content teams, translating experience vision into polished interfaces.
- Design and build high-quality experiences with a systems approach.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system: developing reusable components and documentation.
- Translate experience specifications, content and creative direction into polished UI and working code.
- Work with Figma or emerging AI design tooling to design, spec, and prototype.
- Integrate and manage content through Sitecore (headless CMS), supporting real-world publishing needs.
- Participate in design critiques.
- Partner with engineers on implementation.
