Job description

  • Take ownership of product strategy and delivery
  • Define and execute product roadmaps that improve how technology and data are classified, managed, and utilised across our organisation
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical specialists to deliver innovative, user-focused digital services
  • Help deliver analytics and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Champion user experience and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure value is delivered at pace within a complex, large-scale environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management within agile, product-led environments
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering product roadmaps and strategy
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT, data, and delivery teams
  • Ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • A data-driven, user-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience delivering value iteratively in complex organisations
  • Knowledge of data or emerging technologies is desirable
