SAP Technology & Development Team leader

As Team Leader, you will combine technical expertise, people leadership, and customer engagement to build high-performing SAP teams and deliver innovative solutions for leading organisations., * Lead, coach, and develop a team of SAP technology consultants

• Drive delivery of SAP transformation projects across S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, and cloud environments
• Support consultants in adopting modern SAP development approaches, including: SAP ABAP / ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, Cloud Integration
• Act as a technical advisor for customers and internal teams
• Support architecture decisions, technical standards, and solution quality
• Contribute to customer workshops, pre-sales activities, and innovation initiatives
• Build team capabilities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and recruitment

• Several years of SAP technology consulting or development experience
• Proven experience leading SAP consultants, project teams, or technical delivery teams
• Strong expertise in SAP technologies including: SAP ABAP / ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CDS Views, Integration Suite
• Experience with SAP transformation, migration, or implementation projects
• Understanding of Clean Core principles, cloud architectures, and modern SAP development
• Passion for people development, innovation, and emerging technologies such as SAP Joule, AI, and automation
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
