Job description

Lead and develop a team of SAP consultants delivering innovative cloud transformation projects
Build team capability across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, BTP, AI, and Clean Core approaches
Support consultants in their technical growth, certifications, and career development
Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
Support project delivery, quality management, resource planning, and customer satisfaction
Identify new opportunities and contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution design
Drive adoption of new SAP technologies, including SAP Joule, Business AI, automation, and cloud solutions
Collaborate with architects, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to continuously improve SAP services, As SAP Team Leader, you will not only deliver and be hands-on in SAP projects, you will build the people, capabilities, and solutions that shape the future of SAP consulting.

Requirements

Several years of experience in SAP consulting with proven leadership or team management experience
Strong SAP background in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, or enterprise transformation
Experience leading consultants, project teams, or SAP delivery organisations
Understanding of modern SAP architectures, Clean Core principles, and cloud transformation
Strong communication skills with customers, teams, and executive stakeholders
Passion for developing people and driving innovation
Fluent German (C1+) and English
