Requirements

Several years of SAP technology consulting or development experience
Proven experience leading SAP consultants, project teams, or technical delivery teams
Strong expertise in SAP technologies including: SAP ABAP / ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CDS Views, Integration Suite
Experience with SAP transformation, migration, or implementation projects
Understanding of Clean Core principles, cloud architectures, and modern SAP development
Passion for people development, innovation, and emerging technologies such as SAP Joule, AI, and automation
Strong consulting and communication skills
Fluent German (C1+) and English
