Job description

Lead and develop our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems.
Manage and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft 365.
Drive digital transformation projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of networks, servers, and devices.
Work with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, finance, sales, and customer service to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage external IT partners and technology suppliers.
Champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
Deliver meaningful business insights through dashboards, reporting, and data analysis.

We are recruiting an experienced and proactive IT & Data Manager to lead technology, systems, and data across our growing manufacturing business. Requirements

Proven experience in IT management, systems administration, or data management.
Experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, cybersecurity, and business systems.
Experience with SQL databases, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
A practical problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
