Job description
Description We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide reliable technical assistance for employees across office and operational environments in Denver, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hardware and software issues, supporting end users with professionalism, and helping maintain a stable, efficient technology experience. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to address support needs, contribute to device management efforts, and assist with technology rollouts in a hybrid work setting., * Deliver front-line support for computer hardware, software applications, and end-user access issues across business locations and office teams.

Diagnose technical problems, resolve incidents efficiently, and coordinate with internal specialists or third-party vendors when advanced assistance is needed.

Assist with the setup, deployment, replacement, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and related IT equipment throughout the asset lifecycle.

Support implementation activities for software updates, hardware refreshes, new technology rollouts, and audio/visual event needs.

Participate in an after-hours support schedule to help ensure timely assistance outside standard business hours.

Prepare and maintain clear support documentation, including procedures, knowledge articles, user guides, and frequently asked questions.

Work with senior team members to complete minor system or application configuration updates requested by the business.
Requirements

Provide deskside and remote support with a strong service mindset, maintaining positive communication and a high level of customer care. Requirements * At least 1 year of experience in technical support, PC support, or a similar end-user technology role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business software applications.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and peripheral issues in a detail-focused environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Experience creating or updating support documentation, procedures, or end-user training materials.

Familiarity with tools and environments such as Active Directory, deskside support, device management, and vendor coordination.
