Job description
We are looking for a service-oriented Help Desk Analyst II to provide high-touch technical support for employees across the organization. This long-term contract to hire opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong troubleshooting ability with a detail-oriented, client-focused approach in an onsite environment. The person in this role will support both everyday IT needs and device readiness while helping users stay productive with core business applications.
Responsibilities:

Deliver front-line technical assistance for macOS and Windows devices, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues in a timely manner.

Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment for new and existing users.

Coordinate device refresh activities, including staging, upgrades, and readiness checks to ensure smooth rollouts.

Support and troubleshoot business applications such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace.

Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, assignments, and inventory status to improve asset visibility.

Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to employees at all levels, including senior leadership, with clarity and consistency.

Build positive working relationships through responsive service and consistent follow-through on support requests.

Manage multiple priorities effectively while keeping documentation organized and support tasks on schedule.
Requirements
Requirements * At least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a detail-focused environment.

Working knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems, including device troubleshooting and user support.

Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with computer hardware, Apple devices, configuration management, and end-user device deployments.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.

Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-based support setting.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite on a part-time schedule of approximately 24 hours per week. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
