SII Group Spain busca un Knowledge Manager (ServiceNow & SharePoint) para liderar la gobernanza del conocimiento en proyectos de seguridad digital.Implementará KM bajo ITIL y KCS, definiendo flujos de trabajo, roles y métricas de éxito.Se coordinará con equipos técnicos y de soporte para garantizar documentación de calidad, promoviendo la estandarización y la expansión transterritorial del conocimiento.Idioma inglés imprescindible y perfil proactivo.#J-*****-Ljbffr
