Salesforce Senior Solution Architect (Agentforce)

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI-powered customer and employee engagement solutions. This role will serve as the strategic technical leader responsible for architecting Agentforce solutions that leverage autonomous agents, generative AI, workflow automation, and Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business consulting, enterprise architecture, and hands-on Salesforce solution design experience. This individual will work directly with executive stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and implementation teams to transform business requirements into scalable Agentforce-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

• 8+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• 5+ years of experience serving as a Solution Architect or - – Enterprise Architect on Salesforce implementations.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
