Director of Enterprise Network Engineering

• Provide executive leadership for network infrastructure operations, engineering teams, and technology initiatives.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts to optimize operational workflows, service delivery, and network reliability.
• Restructure reporting relationships, staffing models, and resource allocations across infrastructure divisions.
• Establish performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and operational governance for network services.
• Manage departmental budgets, vendor contracts, and strategic technology investments.
• Oversee audit remediation, compliance standards, and risk management protocols across network systems.
• Develop strategic transition plans, succession roadmaps, and executive status reports for institutional leadership.

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise IT executive leadership and network infrastructure services.
• Proficiency in network operations management, enterprise IT strategy, and network architecture governance.
• Experience with executive organizational transformation, change management, and operational restructuring.
• Experience in personnel management, performance accountability, coaching, and talent development.
• Experience with risk management, audit remediation, and operational maturity frameworks within complex environments.
• Experience in higher education or large public sector IT infrastructure operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
