Computer Operations Manager

• Direct the daily operations of technical teams to ensure strict adherence to enterprise service level agreements.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware assets and peripherals across distributed organizational locations.
• Execute robust IT service management workflows encompassing incident, problem, change, and request tracking.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide software updates and automated patch management to ensure infrastructure security.
• Provide advanced on-site network and telephony troubleshooting to resolve complex operational escalations.
• Develop comprehensive business continuity strategies and standardized operational IT support procedures.
• Mentor technical support staff and optimize service desk metrics to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

• 7 or more years of experience in enterprise IT service delivery and multi-platform system administration.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management methodologies and enterprise asset lifecycle management.
• Experience in administering complex infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Experience with advanced network troubleshooting and configuring enterprise telephony systems.
• Experience in coordinating large-scale software rollouts, hardware deployments, and patch management.
• Experience with formulating disaster recovery strategies and enforcing strict IT security compliance policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
