Job description

Support, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple locations
Resolve on-site network issues involving WAN, LAN, WiFi, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
Provide third-tier support for connectivity and infrastructure-related problems
Assist with server-related troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, and recovery tasks as needed
Document network configurations, changes, procedures, and maintenance activities

Requirements

2 + years of experience in Network Administration or Infrastructure Support
Cisco Networking experience, including routing and switching fundamentals
Firewall Technology experience
Strong troubleshooting skills beyond basic Desktop Support
Experience supporting Network Infrastructure in a field-based or multi-site environment
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively throughout the coverage area

Desired Skills:

Network+ or A+ certification
Server knowledge or experience
Experience with Cisco Meraki, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Citrix, Parallels RAS, SQL, IIS, load balancers, SonicWall firewalls, Cisco ISE, or Veeam Backup
Experience with Network Monitoring tools
