Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified ITSM Architect to design and implement scalable IT Service Management solutions. The role involves aligning ITSM with ITOM, observability, SDLC, and testing processes while driving continuous service improvement., Define and implement ITSM architecture and strategy Integrate ITSM with ITOM, observability, and SDLC processes Provide recommendations for user feedback collection and service enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance across ITSM processes

ITSM Certification (mandatory) Strong experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Knowledge of ITOM, observability, and CI/CD practices Experience in stakeholder management and solution design
