Job description

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters based in India to support a large-scale MDM Cloud Implementation project for Salesforce. These individuals will play a critical role in driving the transition from waterfall to agile delivery models, ensuring efficient execution across cross-functional teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in a global delivery environment, with required overlap with U.S. Eastern time zones (up to 10:00 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Drive transformation efforts from waterfall to agile methodologies
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless delivery
Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams remain on track
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
Track delivery progress and maintain visibility into sprint outcomes and timelines
Act as a liaison between offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
Hands-on experience supporting waterfall to agile transformation initiatives
Strong track record of cross-functional program delivery
Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Background or exposure to data engineering, data analytics, or data platforms
Experience working in global/offshore delivery models

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise implementations
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
Familiarity with enterprise data initiatives (MDM preferred) is a plus
