Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior GenAI Algorithms Engineer, you drive state-of-the-art foundation model development, training, and deployment. You’ll shape scalable systems for multimodal data, efficient large-scale pre-training, and high-performance inference, contributing to NVIDIA’s open-source GenAI stack. You collaborate across research, product, and infrastructure teams to design new algorithms and optimize platforms. This role offers the chance to impact cutting-edge AI infrastructure and open-source tooling at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design scalable data preparation systems for multimodal foundation model training * Develop algorithms and systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and cost of large-scale pre-training and post-training * Advance inference techniques to reduce cost and enable efficient serving across cloud and edge * Develop reusable open-source AI infrastructure and add model support to NVIDIA’s GenAI training platform Tasks * MS in Computer Science or PhD (or equivalent) * 5+ years of relevant industry experience * Strong foundation in ML, deep learning, and optimization * Excellent Python and PyTorch software engineering skills * Experience building high-performance software for large-scale AI systems * Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills Key requirements * equity * benefits
