Job description
Experteer Overview As a SaaS platform engineer at CapTech, you own and evolve our enterprise SaaS and cloud tooling, driving automation, security, and scalable user experiences. You’ll collaborate with ITOperations, InfoSec, and business teams to design scalable solutions and influence tooling and operational standards. This role offers hands-on problem solving, automation, and meaningful impact on how modern enterprises work. You’ll operate with autonomy while advancing AI-enabled tooling and secure access patterns to support CapTech’s client-centric mission. Compensation / Benefits * Act as technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on-premises platforms * Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and operational insights * Design and continuously improve configurations, integrations, and access models * Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) to streamline provisioning and audits * Serve as SME for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) * Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC * Partner with Security and IT Leadership on least-privilege governance and audit readiness * Influence ITIL-aligned change management and balance agility with stability * Analyze platform trends and usage to inform roadmaps Tasks * Experience administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in enterprise settings * Trusted technical advisor and escalation point * Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) * Experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform * Configuring SaaS platforms across diverse portfolios * Strong PowerShell scripting skills * Comfort with macOS and Windows CLI * Understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models * Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Key requirements * Learning & Development - certification and tuition support * Modern Health - mental health and well-being platform * Fringe - lifestyle benefits stipend * 401(k) matching * Paid family leave * Generous PTO
