Senior SaaS Platform Engineer

Experteer Overview In this senior, hands-on role you own and evolve CapTech’s enterprise SaaS and cloud platform ecosystem. You will drive automation, security, and scalability while partnering with IT Operations, InfoSec, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. You act as a technical owner for critical platforms, influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards, and tackle meaningful optimization of user experience. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on-premises platforms * Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and operational insight * Design and optimize configurations, integrations, and access models * Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) for provisioning, access management, audits * Act as SME for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) * Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC * Partner with Security and IT Leadership to enforce least-privilege access and audit readiness * Influence change management practices aligned with ITIL * Analyze trends and usage to inform roadmap decisions * Mentor junior engineers through guidance, documentation, and best practices Tasks * 5+ years managing complex cloud-based SaaS environments * Trusted technical advisor and escalation point * Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 suite and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) * Experience with GitHub, Atlassian tools, Snowflake, Databricks * Strong PowerShell scripting * Proficient in macOS and Windows CLI * Deep understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization * Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Key requirements * Learning & Development with certification and tuition support * Modern Health mental health platform * Carrot Fertility coverage * Fringe lifestyle benefits stipend * Employee Resource Groups * 401(k) Matching
