Job description
Experteer Overview As a senior SaaS platform engineer at CapTech, you own and evolve a portfolio of critical cloud and SaaS platforms, driving automation, security, and user experience. You will partner across IT Operations, InfoSec, and business teams to scale solutions and influence tooling and standards. This is a hands-on, technically broad role with high impact on enterprise productivity and governance. You’ll explore AI-enabled tools, modern authentication, and automated processes to improve how our enterprise ecosystem functions. Compensation / Benefits * Act as a senior technical owner for SaaS and select on-prem platforms * Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled productivity and operational tools * Design, implement, and improve configurations, integrations, and access models * Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) * Serve as SME for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) * Design and manage SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC) for secure access * Partner with Security and IT Leadership on least-privilege and audit readiness * Influence ITIL-aligned change management balancing agility and stability * Analyze platform usage trends to inform roadmaps * Mentor junior engineers with guidance and best practices Tasks * 5+ years in complex cloud-based SaaS environments * Trusted technical advisor and escalation point * Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot), Azure, AWS, GCP * GitHub, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Snowflake, Databricks administration * Strong PowerShell scripting skills * Comfort with macOS and Windows CLI * Deep understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization * Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Key requirements * Learning & Development programs * Modern Health mental health platform * Carrot Fertility coverage * Fringe lifestyle benefits stipend * 401(k) matching
