SaaS Platform Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will own and advance CapTech’s SaaS and cloud platform ecosystem. You’ll drive automation, security, and scalability while partnering with IT operations, InfoSec, and business teams to design scalable solutions. You’ll lead initiatives to improve user experience and operations, influence tooling and architecture, and explore AI-enabled productivity enhancements. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position that shapes how CapTech runs modern enterprise platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Act as technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on-premises platforms * Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and insights * Design and continuously improve application configurations, integrations, and access models * Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) to streamline provisioning and audits * Serve as SME for the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) * Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC for secure access patterns * Partner with Security and IT Leadership on least-privilege governance and audit readiness * Influence change management aligned with ITIL while balancing agility and stability * Analyze platform usage trends to inform roadmaps Tasks * Experience administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in enterprise settings * Trusted technical advisor and escalation point * Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) * Experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform * Platform configurations across diverse SaaS solutions * Strong PowerShell scripting skills * Comfort with macOS and Windows CLI * Understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models * Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * generous PTO * health coverage * disability insurance * paid family leave * 401(k) matching
