Software Engineer, Ad Manager Client-Side Infrastructure

Experteer Overview As a Software Engineer at Google, you shape next-generation systems that power billions of users and diverse Google Ads products. You will work on high-impact projects, potentially switch teams, and tackle scalable challenges across full-stack areas. You contribute to design reviews, code quality, and documentation while partnering across cross-functional teams. You’ll help drive reliability and performance as we expand our advertising and information platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Participate in and potentially lead design reviews to decide among technologies * Review code from teammates to ensure best practices, quality, and testability * Contribute to documentation and educational content * Triages product or system issues and debugs to assess impact on hardware, network, or service quality Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 2 years of software development experience or 1 year with an advanced degree in industry * 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture Key requirements * equity * bonus target (15%) * benefits
