Sr. Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive data-driven decision making to optimize data center delivery. You partner with datacenter teams to standardize inputs and shape a long-term analytics vision. You will build scalable data assets and apply advanced analytics to improve cycle time and process efficiency. You contribute to cross-functional collaboration and leadership in a high-impact, cloud-first environment with a focus on trusted customer experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable data assets (dashboards, data models, workflows) to enable fast, reliable decision making * Understand datacenter delivery processes to support leadership with data-driven improvements * Apply statistical methods, causal inference, and machine learning to inform business decisions and optimize processes * Provide actionable insights to internal teams (e.g., Scheduling) to improve business processes and data reporting * Develop innovative data products and support interactions * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights experiences * Guide executives with clear analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution * Summarize assumptions and results of data analyses for stakeholders * Refine vague problem statements with stakeholders and scope analyses to drive informed decisions Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent * 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects Key requirements *
