Senior Specialist - Data Engineering

Experteer Overview In this Data Technical Lead role, you will drive data engineering initiatives, focusing on EDW and ETL pipelines using SSIS, SQL, and Snowflake. You will lead on-site technical execution for customer projects at scale, translating requests into actionable data deliverables and ensuring commitments are met. You’ll work within cross-functional teams in an Agile setup, shaping data reporting and cloud-based data platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Lead on-site and hands-on technical delivery for data projects * Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and data deliverables * Ensure delivery commitments are met and maintain data quality * Design and build data pipelines and DW/ETL solutions using SSIS, SQL Server, and Snowflake * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment * Support production deployment and ongoing maintenance of EDW-based applications Tasks * Total IT experience around 10 years with at least 5 years in SSIS and SQL development * Strong SQL, SSIS, and data warehousing concepts; proficient in ETL processes * Hands-on technical lead experience on customer-facing projects of scale and complexity * Strong experience with SQL Server and Snowflake; good exposure to Snowflake Cloud Data Platform * Cloud data engineering experience beyond SQL Server * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies * Good problem-solving skills * Excellent written and oral communication; ability to engage client stakeholders at mid and senior levels Key requirements *
