Job description

Experteer Overview As a Quality Engineer at Boston Scientific, you will develop and maintain quality methods and systems that meet regulatory and customer needs. You will act as a quality advocate to raise awareness of quality initiatives across teams and support new product development, manufacturing, and quality systems with a focus on patient safety and product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective controls, CAPA, and data-driven improvements, shaping quality performance across the organization. This role offers exposure to a global medical technology leader with a strong quality culture and opportunities to contribute to significant product and process quality in, Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain quality engineering methodologies and systems meeting regulatory and customer requirements * Act as quality representative to promote awareness of quality initiatives across teams * Identify and implement process control systems for product development and manufacturing performance * Lead quality assurance activities, process controls and CAPA to meet external and internal requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply quality disciplines throughout the product life cycle * Apply systematic problem-solving to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues * Support development and execution of efficient business systems to identify and resolve quality concerns * Ensure compliance with Quality Policy and documented quality processes * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational effectiveness * Organize and present quality data to influence decision-making with stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline * Solid knowledge of quality engineering principles and quality system requirements * Experience with process controls, CAPA, root cause analysis and continuous improvement * Ability to analyze problems, evaluate alternatives and implement solutions * Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal audiences * Ability to organize and analyze data to support decisions * Experience working on cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships * Willingness to travel between Quincy, MA and Plainfield, IN during the first year Key requirements *
