IT Support Technician

We are seeking a dependable and professional IT Support Technician to assist with a large-scale device conversion project in Montgomery, Alabama. This role will support the transition of organizational devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The ideal candidates will have basic technical skills, strong customer service abilities, and a reliable, professional presence when working directly with end users. Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with Windows-based laptops Strong reliability and ability to consistently show up on time and complete assigned tasks Good communication skills when working with end users Ability to follow technical processes and instructions during device deployment Comfortable handling and transporting laptops and related equipment Ability to work onsite in Montgomery, Alabama (local candidates only) Prior help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience Experience with device deployment, imaging, or operating system upgrades Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
