Experteer Overview As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you’ll drive continuous improvement in process and asset reliability by eliminating defects. You’ll lead the Maintenance Planning team and manage the storeroom, aligning with reliability strategies across the site. Your work supports minimizing disruptions and enabling reliable production in our diverse operations. This role offers hands-on technical challenges, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a clear impact on uptime and asset performance. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Maintenance Planning team to develop, prioritize, and execute work orders, schedules, and preventive maintenance. * Oversee the Maintenance Parts Room / Storeroom, ensuring optimal stocking and control of spares. * Identify cost-effective maintenance tasks for asset failure scenarios. * Develop and review failure analyses and guide root-cause determination to the component level. * Develop and install predictive maintenance programs and technology per area procedures. * Prepare technical reviews for projects and collaborate on reliability specifications for new equipment. * Eliminate bad actors and optimize equipment availability; support reliability-related processes with maintenance and operations. * Coordinate routine maintenance activities, including repairs, shutdowns, and emergency fixes. * Monitor daily inspections of production equipment and electrical systems, evaluate repair requests, and supervise tool availability. * Provide guidance to maintenance and operations managers on capital project implications; coach staff in repairs, planning, and services. * Ensure site safety rules are observed and upheld. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering or related discipline * Reliability specialist certification preferred * 2+ years in manufacturing plants as Maintenance/Reliability Engineer in consumer goods * 1+ year people management desirable * Knowledge of reliability tools including predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring * Experience with TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing * Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines * Experience with CMMS platforms * Proficiency in Windows and SAP Key requirements * Annual bonus * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans * High matching 401k * Career development opportunities with virtual learning * International working environment * Quality of Life program
