SAP Training Lead

Masentó Group is supporting a leading organisation on their S/4HANA transformation journey. We’re seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to design and deliver a global organisational change management (OCM) and training strategy that enables teams across regions to confidently adopt new systems and ways of working.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, you’ll partner with our customer to build the training infrastructure that empowers local teams to deliver training independently, ensuring sustainability beyond the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop the global OCM and training strategy aligned with transformation objectives
• Design and structure training frameworks and curricula across multiple regions and business functions
• Consolidate and standardise existing training materials into a cohesive, scalable resource library
• Define a scalable global training approach, with flexibility for regional and local adaptation
• Enable and upskill local teams to deliver training independently (coaching and enablement focus, not delivery dependency)
• Work collaboratively across geographies, functions, and stakeholder groups

• Strong experience in training strategy within OCM/change environments
• Proven track record on large-scale global transformation programmes
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex material into clear, accessible frameworks
• Background in the people/change side of transformations (not pure technical delivery)
• Ability to contribute across both strategy definition and execution

Required Skills & Attributes

• Fluent in English and Dutch (essential for on-site collaboration)
• Comfortable working on-site 2 days per week near Antwerp
• Self-directed; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with SAP transformation programmes (highly desirable)
