Applications Support Analyst

• Support and maintain core business applications/systems
• Problem solve issues related to business systems end to end
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations of HR/Payroll, Finance, and other systems
• Assist in the development and enhancement of business applications
• Contribute to the modernization of business systems operations

• Experience in supporting business applications or systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll, Finance, BI, ATS, and Rostering systems
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in IT or Business Systems
